Change of a Dress was created in 2002 by Arlene and Muriel. Both hold a Master's degree in Psychology and have a flare for fashion. Change of a Dress has since been a collective effort by several professional women in the field of Behavioral Sciences to provide women the tools they need to succeed.
 
Identity Development and finding one's sense of self (and understanding we may have different selves) have been noted to be part of the stages of Life. Change of a Dress is inspired by this search and seeks to  It is our mission to empower women to be beautiful both inside and out.
